gbt0245 phenotype screen week of 1/16/11
This week we had three incross prs.
pr. 1 23 out of 30 RFP+ and 3 with a second pattern only suggesting there are two patterns in this line
pr. 2 25 out of 30 RFP+ with two patterns
pr. 3 20/30 for bright pattern and 100% red for whole dish. multiple patterns
No phenotype observed for any line
This line is not clean and has two patterns and should be cleaned up.
