Screening/RFP Expression Note
THIS LINE HAS MATERNAL RFP EXPRESSION ONLY!! An outcross using a GBT 155 male will yield NO RFP+ embryos, but WILL give you GFP+ embryos -- you should be able to sort based on the GFP. An outcross using a GBT 155 female will give you 100% RFP+ embryos, but only 50% GFP+ embryos -- you should be able to sort based on the GFP.
